Late October to early December marks the transition from monsoon to winter (in Mumbai specifically). The weather shifts from humid and rainy to cooler and drier, which weakens immune defences and helps viruses spread.

What can you do?

  • Maintain hydration and eat fresh, seasonal produce rich in vitamins C and A.

  • Sleep 7–8 hours nightly.

  • Wash hands often and avoid touching the face.

  • Keep surroundings dry to reduce mosquito breeding.

  • Exercise moderately to strengthen immunity.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes from air conditioning.

Stay strong and healthy.
